We shop online too! So we take your privacy seriously.

We never share emails or personal data with other organizations, and all credit card information is securely processed by our e-commerce provider. We do not hold on to this information. We will use the information you give to provide our services, operate our business, communicate with you, provide technical support, develop new features and listen to your feedback.


We know people copy our designs and images (which is not cool!), but we ask people to not use our content for commercial purposes except by permission or unless content is specifically made for redistribution. 

When you browse most interactive websites cookies may be used to tailor the content and make it more relevant to you and to make it easier to use. Truthfully, we don't really understand how it all works, but you can always block cookies or opt-out.  

 We do use Google Analytics which helps us better understand who is visiting. Google Analytics and various remarketing tools collect traffic data via Google advertising cookies including the pages people view, which can help with marketing. If you do not wish to be a part of this, you can opt-out in Google Ad Settings.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 Most take 3-5 business days to arrive via priority shipping by the USPS. Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST and is closed Saturday and Sunday.

DO THE BOXES SHIP AS SHOWN ONLINE?

 Yes. Each set of products come beautifully packaged in a black box with black and white striped ribbon. The exception to this is the Santa plate set, which comes in a white box with a red ribbon and the diaper bag backpack which is too large for any of our gift boxes. Our boxes are meant to be kept and used for storage. Each box will ship inside a shipping box - we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. But trust us, they are going to love it!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Including Alaska and Hawaii.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

 Unfortunately, you'll have to pick one. None of our discount codes are stackable.

HOW CAN I SHIP MULTIPLE BOXES TO DIFFERENT PLACES?

 The best way to do this is to place each order individually. We realize this is a pain and will be happy to work with you.
